Mr. CHEN, YONG-JIAN(pictured right), founder of Atone and SouthAsia related enterprises, and HUANG HUIHUANG(pictured left), Section Chief in charge of the implementation of the GMP system for animal pharmaceuticals at the Ministry of Agriculture, jointly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the GMP plant of South Asia Chemicals and Feeds Ltd.; the plant was grandly established in the "IDB SINYING INDUSTRIAL PARK SERVICE CENTER" in 1969 and is the first Taiwanese-funded animal pharmaceutical plant in Taiwan to pass the GMP system.
